The Community Pantry at Eliot-Hine provides fresh and shelf-stable food, household items, and personal items like toiletries and period products to school and community members. Everyone is welcome to shop!

We are partnering with the Capital Area Food Bank to extend our reach beyond Eliot-Hine, with a special focus on our immediate community and our school feeder pattern: Eastern HS, Maury ES, Miner ES, Payne ES, and School within a School ES.

Hours

The pantry is open Thursdays from 3–4 pm, and the second Wednesday of the month from 5–7 pm. Please note that if the building is closed (holidays, inclement weather), the pantry is closed. Any changes or additional hours will be posted here, so please check back!

Donations The Community Pantry relies on private donations to supply household and personal items. Monetary donations have an immediate impact and are greatly appreciated! We are administered through the Eliot-Hine PTO, and donations are tax-deductible.
