All DCPS families must complete the enrollment process and provide proof of residency. The enrollment process is not complete until proof of residency documents have been uploaded.  Re-enrolling families are often able to verify residency using OTR residency verification process. The enrolling person must have paid taxes in DC during the previous fiscal year and have the student’s Social Security number.

Login to the system at ossedctax.com. If successful, your verification will then be available for the front office staff to confirm.

Families must complete the following steps:

•  Complete the Enrollment Packet
•  Provide Proof of DC Residency - including receipt of payment of bill, receipt of payment of leave, pay stub within 45 days (DC taxes on pay stub)
•  Submit completed packet to Eliot-Hine
