Each year, DCPS schools develop a Comprehensive School Plan (CSP), with goals in four main areas: academics, culture of achievement, engagement, and shared leadership. All goals get benchmarked and aligned against priority areas. The CSP is developed over time with feedback loops from staff and the school community, with data added as it becomes available.
